Location, location, location 500 yards to Bournemouth Beach, 5 min walk to the town centre and 10 min walk to Bournemouth Gardens. Studio Flat with kitchenette, shower room snd single day bed with pull out single trundle bed underneath. The space is small, ideal for 1 person but can accommodate up to 2 adults. There is a single day bed with a pull out single trundle underneath to provide 2 single beds that sit side by side with very little room between them. Please note that when both beds are out there is very limited space within the flat so we do suggest the trundle bed is put away each morning. The flat has a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a 9 in 1 one pot cooker. We do have a ceramic single stove available upon request. There is a TV, iron and ironing board, single wardrobe with 2 drawers and a table and chairs which seats 2 persons. The small shower room features a WC, sink and electric shower. There is no parking but on street parking is free but limited, however there is a public pay and display car park nearby on West Hill Road....
