Chester Railway station is one street away and only a short walk to the main bus station. The ground floor provides the open-plan space required for groups looking to spend time together in a social or work setting, with a large kitchen, lounge area and dining area. A hot tub room, with 2 hot tubs, is also situated on the ground floor. The first floor includes a four poster king size bed, with soafbed and dressing room, as well as a further mixed single/double room with bunks. The second floor has three further bedrooms, the third floor has a further two bedrooms. The property has a large number of W/C and shower rooms for guests on the various floors. Once booked, a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible depending on availability. A meet and greet for the full group is always arranged.
