The charming private terrace becomes the perfect scenery where our guests will enjoy the best breakfast in the early morning, with the first orangish sun beams over the still sea. However, the real privilege is to enjoy a cool dip in the sea or a while basking in the sun at any moment of the day, just grab your towel and go for it! You can also head to the shared salted pool of this residential complex, also with the family little ones since there is a children pool too. It also features an exterior shower where you can wash the salt and sand off. The pool sizes 15 x 6 metres and its water depth goes from 1.5 to 2 metres whilst the children pool is 0.45 metres depth a has 4 metres diametre.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator and it is very comfortable and cosy. The living-dining room is a great space to enjoy the family meals while watching the satellite TV or listening to some music, cooling down either with the AC or with the sea breeze. The kitchen is independent although with a small window that connects with the dining so that you can serve the dishes -cooked on the ceramic top- right there. The kitchen also accommodates the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. The bathroom in the apartment offers a tub. And then, for you to rest, there are two bedrooms, both with a closet. One has two twin beds and the other has a double bed. The bedrooms corridor features an AC unit to keep the atmosphere cool. If you are travelling with your baby we'll prepare a cot and a high chair.
The location of this apartment is perfect because you can reach all kinds of services on foot: restaurants, bars, cafes, ice-cream parlours, taxi and bus stops, supermarkets, shops and much more. You will enjoy the beach not only in Port d'Alcudia but also in other wonderful coves like La victoria. At the same time, you cannot miss the street market in the town of Alcudia that takes place every Tuesday and Sunday and where you can acquire local and artisan products.
The shared pool is open from May to September. It is open from 9 am to 8 pm.

Poolen, nära till allt,
Lite oklart med städningen. I vår bokning stod det att städning ingår (93 €) men fick en känsla av att vi måste städa, enligt direktiv på er hemsida. Så vi städade det ändå.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage mit Blick auf den Strand. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation hat immer super geklappt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Klobrille der Toilette müsste einmal festgezurrt werden - sie hat gewackelt ;) Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Bucht. Jederzeit wieder! Vielen Dank für Alles.

Apparemment bien situé par rapport à la plage et aux restaurants par contre un peu bruyant les soirs et certaines nuits L’appartement est agréable et bien équipé avec une belle vue sur la plage Piscine agréable Pas de parking mais nous avons toujours réussi à trouver une place à moins de 3min à pied La climatisation est indispensable en haute saison
