Villa Coster del Puig is located in a magnificent spot at the foot of the Puig de Maria mountain, accessible via a road in front of the monument square, next to the road to Pollensa.
It offers spectacular views over the town of Pollensa and the Tramuntana mountain range located directly behind.
This is a traditionally built Mallorcan country house made of local stone, with a modern style.
Inside, the walls are white, with terracotta tiles, beamed ceilings, and magnificent lighting.
It features an open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen on the same level.
The living room has comfortable sofas, dark wood furniture, and a traditional Mallorcan stove.
Double patio doors lead out to the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.
There is also a pantry with plenty of storage space.
The two bedrooms are beautifully furnished with antique furniture and overlook the gardens.
These rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
A covered terrace with grapevines runs along the side of the house’s living room, with a table and benches.
There are wonderful views overlooking the town of Pollensa, the famous 365 Calvari steps, and the Tramuntana mountains.

The pool itself is surrounded on three sides by lawn and a stone terrace with comfortable sun loungers.

Relaxing in such a lovely private setting that was only 5 minutes from beautiful Pollensa old town.

The location of the villa was excellent, easy walking distance to the old town for drinks and restaurants. The View was absolutely stunning. The pool and grounds are extremely well looked after, and the owners happy to help with any issues. Nord Villas are also fantastic. Would highly recommend this Villa and Nord Villas

Great location with magnificent view over Pollenca and it's just a 10 minute walk to the towncentre. Nice pool & beautiful garden. The house is quite big for 4 people and it offers all you need to relax: BBQ-place outside, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
