We would like to inform you that the parking space advertised with the flat rate is unnumbered and subject to random availability, which depends on the good work of the other members of the community. In theory, there should be one parking space per flat, but some users may bring in more than one vehicle. This inappropriate act of some users means that at certain times, especially in high season, there is no free parking space available. Both the agency and the owner are unaware of this misuse and will not be held responsible or offer compensation in the event that parking is not available.
