This fantastic villa is situated BY THE SEA, in a privileged location. It is located in a very quiet urbanization, situated in one of the most beautiful coves of the Costa Blanca just 5 minutes from the charming fishing village of Moraira famous for its spectacular sandy beaches with crystal clear waters.
Its fantastic location will allow you to enjoy BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the sea and the Natural Park of the Peñon de Ifach. Next to the house you will find the stairs that give DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. A few steps separate you from the crystal clear waters of this quiet cove, ideal for diving given the large amount of flora and fauna that treasures.
