FANTASTIC SEASIDE VILLA WITH IMPRESSIVE PANORAMIC VIEWS AND DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH



This beautiful villa is situated in a privileged location, Cala Baladrar, one of the most beautiful coves of the Costa Blanca. It is located only 5 minutes from the charming fishing village of Moraira famous for its spectacular sandy beaches with crystal clear waters.



Situated on the EDGE OF THE SEA on a small cliff, you will enjoy IMPRESSIVE PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and the Natural Park of the Peñon de Ifach. From the door that gives DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH, you will only have to take a couple of steps to bathe in the crystal clear waters of this quiet cove, ideal for diving because of the large amount of flora and fauna that it has.



The house has large terraces adorned with numerous plants and trees and from where you can enjoy a family lunch or dinner watching the sea and being caressed by its pleasant breeze. It also has a large porch outside, ideal for a peaceful siesta in the shade listening to the purr of the waves.



The main house is distributed over two floors connected by an interior staircase. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning (two of them with double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. From all 3 bedrooms you will enjoy fantastic panoramic sea views. In addition, the two bedrooms with double bed have a nice balcony. On the ground floor you will find bedroom number 4, which is also equipped with air conditioning. Next to it there is another bathroom with shower. Bedroom 5 has air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with shower and is attached to the main house, so it has a separate entrance.



The kitchen is modern and has a large pantry. It also has 2 doors, one to access the living-dining room and the other to go outside where there is a barbecue and a large covered area with tables and chairs. From the kitchen you can also quickly access the front terrace from where you will enjoy the best sea views sitting at the table with your friends or family.



The terracotta floors, the numerous wooden beams on the ceilings, its antique furniture and its exquisite decoration give this beautiful house a great personality and character making it very warm and cosy.

Crowd celebrations are not permitted. Only friends and family are allowed to visit. It is not allowed to stay overnight in the house more people than its capacity.
