Can Boi is a perfect base for a holiday in the north of Mallorca. Ideally located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range on the outskirts of Pollensa, the villa has easy access to many popular tourist sites.
The property sleeps up to 5 people with one double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with air conditioning and one single bedroom with fan. There is also a shared full bathroom and another shower room.
The living area is comfortable, with soft furnishings, TV, DVD and Wifi connection. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the modern conveniences of a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. There is also a wood-burning cooker here, useful for early and late season bookings.
Outside there is a covered terrace with a sofa and dining table ideal for outdoor dining or barbecues. The owner has provided sun loungers for guests wishing to sunbathe on the private terrace at the side of the property.
