It is spread out over ​​49 m2 and consists of one bedroom, lounge, bathroom, French-style kitchen and a terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool. It can sleep up to 5 people. It has everything necessary for living: bedding, towels, dishes and appliances. Spanish TV is available. There is air conditioning in lounge. Near the property is the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, called "Park of Nations". It is a 10 minutes’ walk to the sea. There are many bars, restaurants and more local amenities all in walking distance from the property.

There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).

The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00.
