Just a 5-minute walk from one of the island's most beautiful beaches, 'Cala San Vicente' or simply 'La Cala', Chalet Mariner is an ideal place to enjoy with family or friends.
You will enjoy diving into its crystal-clear waters, a unique landscape, and you can engage in various activities during the season from April to October. This classic and unique 4-bedroom chalet has two floors, with the main entrance leading to the living room located on the first floor.
This area of the Chalet is open and connected to a terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the pool.
The living room is fully renovated, with parquet flooring and comfortable sofas where you can read a good book, enjoy a local wine, or watch a TV program.
On the first floor, there is also an open-plan kitchen, fresh and bright, with all the basic items you might need, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as an electric kettle and coffee maker. The ground floor is where all the bedrooms are located.
There are three bedrooms with two single beds each and a family bathroom between them, and a double bedroom with another bathroom next to it.
Light colors predominate, all are spacious, comfortable, and very bright, and they also have access to the garden that surrounds the entire property.
Three of the bedrooms also have new parquet flooring.
All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning.
To enhance your comfort, they are available for use at any time of day or night. On the terrace, there is a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers to relax after a day at the beach.
There is also a barbecue. Chalet Mariner is located in the north of Mallorca.
Hidden in a quieter and more beautiful part of the island but within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and a local supermarket.
Chalet Mariner is located 7 minutes from the center of Pollença: Restaurants, shops, a cultural center, and cafes are some of the accessible services.
There is also bus access.
By car, this location is very pleasant as it allows you to get around with great freedom, although it is not necessary as everything you need is within walking distance.
The surroundings of Cala Sant Vicenç include villages, mountains, and the sea.
The nearest town is Pollença, a town with a lot of history and very pleasant with bars, cafes, good restaurants, and a charming atmosphere.
The next closest town is Puerto Pollença, very well-equipped with large grocery stores and medium to low beaches, a harbor with boats, and a beautiful boulevard.
There is also a wide variety of water sports available such as jet skiing or sailing.

Värden var mycket bra o hjälpsam. AC i alla sovrum var nödvändigt när vi var där under sommaren. Skönt med pool. Bra med tvättmaskin.
Vi saknade AC i vardagsrummet o köket vilket vi alltid haft tidigare. Vi var 8 pers men det fanns bara 4 solstolar. Diskmaskinen var en mindre variant vilket inte funkar så bra när man är 8 pers där. Sängarna var slitna och inte sköna.

Great for a family with kids! Pool and outside shower were super handy! Walking to distance to amazing beaches, restaurants and supermarkets!Overall an amazing family holiday. One minor feedback, the TV kept jumping out of Netflix (our own account).
