The house, of 110 m² of rustic and cosy character, offers a lot of privacy and views of the mountains and the garden. It is located in an ideal area for children and in the residential complex.
A living room with rustic stone walls, a sofa bed and a fireplace, a separate kitchen with ceramic hob, a bathroom and two bedrooms make up the ground floor of the main house. The kitchen and the living room have direct access to the terrace, with its beautiful corners with flowers, shadows and tables to enjoy the peace and quiet. A barbecue area and another room with bathroom, attached to the main house, complete the accommodation.
The attached room has air conditioning/heat pump.
The plot is completely fenced.
A large swimming pool and spacious gardens and terraces with porches and sun loungers are waiting for you!
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration formalities are handled via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- NO YOUTH GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE ARE ALLOWED.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
