The 75 m² apartment for rent with two terraces and a balcony is located about 200 meters from the car-free beach promenade and the well-kept 7 km long sandy beach. The sand of the beach slopes gently into the calm water and is also suitable for families with children and seniors. The whole infrastructure of the village with its numerous supermarkets, restaurants and other stores is within walking distance.
The apartment has on the second floor a covered balcony with northeast orientation adjacent to the air-conditioned living room and on the second floor, to the side of the large air-conditioned bedroom, a roof terrace with northeast and another with southwest orientation. In summer, the shaded outdoor areas are of high importance, while in the rest of the year the 22 m² sun terrace offers an alternative to staying at the beach. The use of WLAN is free of charge.
The owner offers a transfer service to and from the airport. Please ask for price and availability.

Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage zum Strand und die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich bei der Ankunft. Strandpromenade mit Restaurants und kleinen Bars gut erreichbar. Einziges Manko war das der nächste große Supermarkt 2km entfernt ist und auch sowie die zwei Wochenmärkte

This is an excellent apartment in a quiet area yet only 100m to the Mar Menor and a five minute walk to the main square with all its bars and restaurants. Communication was excellent from start to finish and the apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We had a great week here and will definitely be booking when we come back again.
