Cozy two bedroom flat on the first line of the Almadrava beach. The flat is situated above the restaurant La Llum and there are 5 more flats, accessible from an outside staircase.
The flat consists of a terrace with garden furniture, living-dining room with TV/SAT, open plan kitchen equipped with two ceramic hobs and two gas hobs, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine and washing machine.
There is a bedroom with a double bed with a small balcony, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a complete bathroom with shower.
The stone beach is situated in front of the flat, the sandy beach is only 300m away. At 400m there are supermarkets and the distance to Denia is 10km and 1,6km to Els Poblets.
The consumption of heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. Electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), bed linen and towels are not included in long stay rates. The price of the services will be according to the agency's conditions.
