Villa with a private garden, a short walk from the clear sea of the Ostuni coast.
Blue Sea Villa Grecale is located within the Mare Blu 2 Village, in the center of the Ostuni coast and offers many services for guests to access, for an entrance fee, such as a communal pool, tennis and five-a-side football courts, and an amphitheater.
The newly built, independent villas are surrounded by a garden and veranda with everything you need to relax, including a barbecue.
Inside, there is a very bright living room with a TV, dining table, and a comfortable sofa bed for two people, while in a separate area, there is a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds.
There is also a second bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and an outdoor shower. *The use of the swimming pool is NOT included in the price.
The swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

Excellent séjour passé dans cette villa. Nous avons été bien accueillis. La qualité de la villa est très bonne et la propreté également. Seul petit problème pour la douche car en saison printanière difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude. Sinon parfait! Je recommande…

Bardzo fajne zamknięte osiedle niskich, białych domków. Każdy z własnym małym ogródkiem, z miejscem do siedzenia na tarasie, z grillem, z pralka, z piekarnikiem. Wszystko co potrzebne dla rodziny z dziećmi, żeby spędzić dobre wakacje. Blisko małe, ukryte wśród skał plaże. Polecamy!
