The new flat (60 m²) can accommodate up to 5 people and has 2 bedrooms, a panoramic balcony and a private garden. It also has garden furniture, an enclosed house, iron, central heating, Wi-Fi internet access, satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker and toaster.

Private parking directly next to the flat, accessible via a narrow, sloping road.
Free public parking about 200 metres from the property, easily accessible.
