Villa with character that has been restored recreating its rustic origins, ideal for couples or small families. It is situated close to 'EL Mal Pas', one of the best areas of Alcudia, only 1,5 km from the beach and close to the old village. Very convenient for its proximity to everything you need supermarkets, shops, restaurants ...

The villa has a large garden with perfect places to relax away from the noise and crowds, there you can find a swimming pool with sun loungers and a shaded porch perfect for evening evenings. It really is a very private and independent place.


The house was built two centuries ago and retains all the character of yesteryear in its details.



Distribution

Inside the house there are two bedrooms, a dining room with wooden beams, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The stone walls of the house keep the interior temperature very pleasant.


Outside we can enjoy a suite separated from the house with bathroom and a beautiful porch (renovated in 2016).

The house is equipped with air conditioning and internet.



Note 1. This does not release the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Departure from the property is at 10:00. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodations are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
