Beautiful villa, which is characterised both inside and out, privacy and tranquillity. The perfect cocktail for a great holiday.

The attention to detail accommodates up to 10 people and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Large garden with lawn and one with almond trees. The pool area is ideal for relaxing in the sunbeds or for a perfect family celebration on the covered terrace. Next to the pool you will find the bar where you can taste the liquors that are delivered to the guests. In your stay there is a 50 litre beer tap and a fully equipped kitchenette. The barbecue, children's playground, table tennis and a separate sauna complete the outdoor area. On the other hand, the house is equipped with all kinds of details and comforts, Wi-Fi, Playstation, computer, printer, large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and spacious and tastefully decorated rooms.



Distribution
The house has 2 floors, on the main floor at the entrance there is a spacious hall presided by the staircase that gives access to the first floor. On the left hand side there is a large kitchen with a dining table for 12 people, and the garage where there is also a utility room. Then there are two bedrooms with TV, bathroom and access to terraces. In the area to the right of the entrance we have the spacious living room with 4 sofas, an armchair, computer, wifi, tv, satellite, play station, dvd... and with access to the main terrace next to the incredible swimming pool, bar, barbecue and sauna.

On the upper floor we find 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with single beds and one with an extra large bed.


All the bedrooms have an exclusive terrace to enjoy total privacy.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.


Note 3. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day


Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.36€/Kw payable on departure.


Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
