The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and prepared for a comfortable and functional stay from day one. – 24-hour assistance is provided throughout your stay.
We are available during the day for any needs, and important emergencies are handled at night to ensure guest peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are conducted in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any doubts, and handling the key handover and collection. – Upon making your reservation, you will receive access to an online platform where you can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transportation services, and other complementary services, all integrated with your booking confirmation.
House rules and hours. – Check-in: from 4:00 PM. – Check-out: until 10:00 AM. – No parties or events allowed. – No pets allowed.
Note 1.
Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price.
This does not exempt the client from their obligation to care for the property during their stay.
No charges will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Trash must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator beforehand.
Note 2.
In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3.
Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price.
The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure.
The meter will be read upon both arrival and departure.
Note 4.
In properties where an extra bed can be provided, and subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Similarly, when possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added for a cost of €13 per linear meter.

Note 5.
Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional cost of €30, and after 12:00 AM, €50.
However, there is a self check-in option with a staff welcome the following day.
When a late check-out can be authorized, subject to availability, the cost will be €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

We really loved this house. The location is perfect and the house is very nice, in a quiet area but close to the beach and all the services, market, restaurants etc. The house is very comfortable and with everything we need. We made nice meals on the terrace next the pool. We will loved to come back. Thanks for this great vacations!

A very modern and comfortable property with good amenities. Being close to the sea you can just walk there in the morning for a quiet swim. Very close to everything. The house is stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.Very quiet neighbourhood.
