Very charming studio with private terrace in an original very scenic, romantic finca or rural house in Ibicenco style in the Mid-East of Ibiza, close to several small (nude) beaches and idyllic small bays and Cala Martina. Local regulations ask us to rent via VRBO from 40 days and up only. Escape; It's allowed (fb) friends stay with us for short time. Don't forget the o because we rent out our accommodation only without breakfast. The house is close to the sea in a very quiet area next door to the famous hippy market of Es Canar and next door Camping La Playa.
A cozy room with a double bed plus two extra mattresses to get up to 4 people, preferable kids, when the 2 kids on the floor, tv, safety-box and dining set.
The terrace and other spaces outside including the kitchen circa 30 m2.
Extra mattresses on the floor on request are available for a third and/ or fourth person for additional charge. Four people are the max to stay in this accommodation, preferable 2 adults and two kids, but ask for an additional places to sleep for your friends, if you need.
The kitchen is outside and is with 4 induction cooker plates and a fridge plus small oven. Miro wave and other (kitchen) tools are available too.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink inside. Enjoy your privacy and meet other travellers in our front garden, back garden or rooftop.

Private organic, hippy style, entrance with two steps, blinds and French doors, safety box, parking, terrace/garden plus a large garden in the back for all tenants with facilities as toilet, what avoids visitors need to go through your bedroom or kitchen, made out of recycled wood, an open air feet shower, to clean when you come from the beach, a double sink to wash your hands or plates after barbecue under the chimney on the backside of the house. Also in the garden a washing machine, creative swing set, a store room for extra needs to use for all tenants like yoga mats, beach mats, hair dryer, extra cutlery, plates glasses, drying rack, cleaning stuff, fans, heaters, washing machine etcetera. Check out our roof top with stunning ocean view, sunset and sunrise, since this is the highest house of the few houses outside the forest, when it's not taken, on request. When there is someone living there you can also visit the rooftop on request, especially sunset time, when it's often a stunning view.

Be aware not everything is brand new; f.i. bathroom, walls, doors, floor etc. are not. Sorry to mention this silly note but some people are disappointed because there is some spots on a tap or something ... pots and pans and cutlery are cleaned by guests, while our cleaning service takes care of the interior like the bathroom, kitchen, living and the sleeping room and floors etc. (so occasionally it can happen that one will find a spoon or plate that shows traces of usage). Also some items that everybody can use are stored outside, like on the rooftop or in the shared garden can show some dust or water stains, but as well on the rooftop as in the garden there are watertaps available to clean yourself if necessary.
On the roof we have chairs, running tapwater, electricity, a safe and a magnificent Bali bed. The roof top is free to visit, on request.
Private entrance in our original sixties hippie style finca, private garden/balcony with private drying rack, private deposit box, private rooms plus common front garden with meeting table, common back garden with meeting table, swing, barbecue, open air shower, toilet, double sink, store room including useful tools to borrow and washing machine.
We are daily available for advise and tips.
We supply a hammock, free safety box, private drying rack, extra chairs, barbecue in authentic chimney, many common spaces to hang out and meet other tenants.
We have AC (Air Conditioning) for the hottest days. We don't like AC to be honest, because it's not very healthy and we prefer an environmental friendly behaviour. We also rebuilt the house in a way where we recycled most, but ... we supply AC, even you seldom need it. We supply it because many people feel insecure about the heat during the night and we want to supply this escape to give you a comfortable feeling, but we are sure you will experience you don't need it because the house is airy, got blinds which gives privacy and is cool, when the windows are open. Please don't use unnecessary water and electricity please.

Note that the water from the tap is not drinkable; (big) bottles are for sale in the supermarket nearby and also in a water machine 3 minutes walking from the apartment ( €2)

The house is on a compound, with security behind a barrier. Car parking is free of charge in front of the entrance with the barrier, outside the compound where our house is, on the parking spot or in the street. We are no part of the bungalow park and the reception, but have our house on the compound behind this barrier. The compound is, with some exceptions, car free which provides a quiet and more safe environment.
The buss stop are in the street in front. Hiking tours along the cliffs, starting from 50 meter from the house.
