This charming apartment is located in the pine grove area of Puerto Pollensa, a front-line property just 5 meters from the beach with unobstructed views of the sea and bay.
In total, the apartment offers 4 bedrooms, of which 1 has a double bed and the other 3 rooms have 5 single beds. 2 bathrooms are also available on the property, one of which is an en-suite.
The spacious and modern living/dining room is equipped with a TV, sofa, and tables and chairs, with the added benefit of bay views.
This area also leads directly onto the bay-facing balcony, equipped with sun loungers, a table, and chairs for relaxing and chatting with all the views.
A fully equipped kitchen is available.
A great property for a family getaway, just a 10-minute walk to the town center where you will find shops and restaurants.
There is a lift available on the premises and direct access to the promenade.
Upon booking or wanting to book: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM.

Tolle Zeit gehabt. Die Wohnung ist großartig, die Agentur super aufmerksam - Urlaub pur. Um die Jahreswende ist auf der gesamten Insel ja einiges geschlossen, so auch in Port Polenca. Aber es waren genug Lokale, Zeitungsläden und Bäcker geöffnet, so dass wir die Zeit genießen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
