Villa Casa Blanca Carbo enjoys a unique location, directly above the pristine Cala San Vicente.
This whitewashed villa offers spectacular panoramic sea views as well as spacious terraces for exciting al fresco living for up to 6 guests.
The attractive kidney-shaped private pool is the perfect spot for relaxing hours in the sun.
The villa entrance leads into a hallway with doors on either side, one of which is a small bedroom with bunk beds.
Adjacent to this is a family bathroom with a shower.
There is also a twin bedroom and a master bedroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The main family bathroom has a full-size bath with a shower.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a pantry.
From the kitchen there is a door leading out onto the path around the side of the villa and a small terrace with vantage points.
The L-shaped dining/living room is tastefully decorated in neutral shades of cream and brown.
The living area comprises two seating areas, one set up as a TV area.
Large glass doors lead out to a covered terrace.
Outside, through the lounge, there is a covered terrace with a glass table and chairs for al fresco dining and some steps down to the kidney-shaped pool with two semi-circular steps for entry.
A little further on there is a first vantage point where uninterrupted views of the mountains where they end and the sea begins can be enjoyed.
From here there is a full 180º view.
On the other side of the property there is another viewing terrace this time with bench seating and sea views.
Small sailing boats can be seen passing by here.
Free air conditioning from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
Tourist tax is included in the rates. *the villa has an alarm system Welcome to Villa Casa Blanca Carbo: your vantage point over the Mediterranean Sea! Information to keep in mind: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys will need to be collected at our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
Guest check-in is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Sehr guter und Service vom Easyvillas-Team im Buchungsprozess / vor der Anreise.
Die Finca liegt oberhalb der Cala Carbon und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht und das offene Meer. Sehr schönes Grundstück mit viel Platz.

Views are the main theme of this villa. It is small but comfortable. A little work needed here and there.. but someone with good taste in art and decor. Enjoyed the paintings and the scenery. Road to villa scary, but to get those views, so be it!
