Located in one of the best areas of Malaga for location and tranquility in Villa Palacio Valdes with a maximum capacity of 10 people you can find the mobility and relaxation you need.



Communicated just 10 minutes from the Malaga ring road you will have all communications at your fingertips, whether by train, plane or car at your fingertips to get to know both the Costa del Sol and Andalusia.



Cubo's Villa Palacio Valdes has a very intimate plot where you can enjoy a cozy lunch on the porch or have a chat with the family. The porch gives entrance to the house with a hall that divides to the left a spacious living room with fireplace and large windows that provide a very nice clarity. To the right of the entrance hall, there is a large room where you can find the kitchen with a small reading area. This room is very bright thanks to its diaphanous distribution and large windows. This kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your lunches, breakfasts or dinners.



The bedrooms are distributed in five rooms, one of them in the upper floor or attic with a double bed without air conditioning (it has a fan). The rest of the rooms are distributed on the first floor where two of them have a double bed and the other two single beds. One of the rooms has a cot. All rooms are bright and comfortable.




There is also a tastefully decorated reading room with air conditioning, flat screen TV and fireplace.



There is a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped with fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, crockery and cutlery, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, toaster and even a dishwasher! There is also a washing machine and iron available.



You will be able to enjoy the outdoor areas of this accommodation, private and with a very practical and fun barbecue area. In true Andalusian style with terracotta tiles and white walls, a wine barrel as a table and outdoor furniture will make for pleasant family gatherings.



While preparing the barbecue you can keep an eye on the little ones, who are sure to enjoy the pool.



The pool is private and is accompanied by sun loungers (only two) and umbrellas. Outside the house there are many comfortable and shady places to sit, surrounded by flowers and plants. There is also a basketball court for the children and a barbecue area.



The accommodation is air conditioned.



The accommodation has FREE WIFI for travellers.
