Magnificent villa located a few metres from Cala Montgó and the Montgrí Natural Park, a privileged enclave, as it allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of the environment and the wonderful landscapes that surround it. It is also the perfect place for activities such as diving, cycling, trekking, paddle surfing, and much more.

The house is distributed over 2 floors. At street level there are two private parking spaces. Entering the house, and going down some stairs you will find a spacious living room, the open kitchen with island and a high dining table. Both rooms open onto a large terrace, equipped with a variety of garden furniture and with a beautiful view of the sea, the perfect place for your meals with friends and family.

Downstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with bath and shower. And a toilet. The rooms open onto the terrace below, where you can enjoy the infinity pool and the sea view.


A total of 7 people can be accommodated: in 3 double beds and 1 single bed.



Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency. The place to pick up the keys: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (400€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure.

The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, baby cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
