Each house has a separate entrance and individual terraces.
The beautiful salt water pool with solar heating on the lowest level is exclusively used by these 6 accommodations.
The caretaker lives in one of these houses and welcomes guests, maintaining the gardens and the pool.
You also have the option to charge your electric car at the house.
The complex is located on a private road and is absolutely quiet.
On weekends, you can watch the yachts sailing by.
On the way down towards Javea, there are many interesting restaurants, and in Javea, with its beautiful beach, a variety of culinary and cultural opportunities are available.
A cot is available upon request.
Bed linen can be optionally booked if needed. ---------------------------------------- Heating usage €2.50/day Electricity usage €0.35/kWh (meter readings will be taken upon arrival and departure) Smoking is not permitted in the houses.
