Bed linen and towels are provided by the property.
The apartment is equipped with heating and Air Conditioning.
High speed internet is at your disposal.
There is a washing machine in the apartment, as well as an iron and ironing board.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of the building that possesses an elevator.

If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. - If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the apartment. Great location. Only criticism was that I feared the Nuki app needed to open the doors upon arrival would work on the building door where the signal would be good, but for the apartment door without yet being connected to wifi. And indeed, the app failed at the apt door. It was stressful but we called and the door was opened for us remotely.

The apartment is in a great location, plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed the accommodations and all the restaurants and bars near us. The metro stations were near and honestly you could walk just about anywhere with 20 minutes. Only complaint is we were contacted for noise complaints a couple nights when we were just ...
