Spacious 4-bedroom comfortable apartment with 2 bathrooms and an amazing private terrace in the upper area of Barcelona, next to Avenida Diagonal.
The apartment is fully equipped and ready to live in.

Living room area features a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV Dining area with big table and chairs Kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc) Three double bedrooms with a double bed ( 1 bed of 150x190cm and 2 beds of 140 x 190cm) One Bedroom with a single bed Two full bathrooms Washing machine WIFI Air Conditioning Heating Spacious amazing private terrace with table and chairs is only for guest's use (Please, note that the apartment is located in a residential building, so we kindly ask not to make noise on the terrace after 22h to respect the neighbors).
The terrace is private and can be accessed from one of the bedrooms.

Since you are not right in the Ramblas area, this zone is much more tranquil and local.
The Diagonal street itself is home to boutique shops and restaurants as well.
There is a grocery store close to the apartment and you also have easy access to all forms of public transport, bus, tram, metro, and taxi.
The apartment is located 2 min walk from the metro Verdaguer (Blue and Yellow line).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Check-in from 15 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: - Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights) - Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. - A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out - The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day.
If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. - If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Good area, nice apartment, needs a little maintenance. One annoying thing was all the emails from the property managers.

The property was in a very nice and convenient location, with easy access to nearby transport, restaurants and landmarks. It can get a bit hot in the summer however and one of the windows are broken.

L’appartement est grand et fonctionnel. Le salon donne sur une rue très bruyante ce qui est très désagréable, l’appartement étant mal insonorisé.
