The furnishing and equipment of the holiday apartment are modern with classic elements and designed to be very family- and dog-friendly. The entrance to the holiday apartment is accessible from the parking lot via a staircase. The holiday apartment has one bathroom and one bedroom (1x bed 180x200cm + 1 children's bed). A living and dining area with: a fully equipped kitchen, 2 functional sofa beds each with a sleeping area of 140x200cm when extended. a family dining table with a high chair. All essential everyday helpers (washing machine, dryer, etc.) are available. Furthermore, care has been taken to ensure the safety of the youngest guests, e.g., in the form of socket covers throughout the apartment, as well as edge protection on the furniture. The apartment has its own entrance, external roller shutters (partially electric), a small balcony of approx. 5 m², a terrace of approx. 10m², and a fully fenced property of approx. 50m². On the terrace, there is a grill and a complete seating set. On the property, there is a rock garden and a play area for children, which includes a sandbox, a slide, and a children's playhouse.

A cozy garden bench invites you to watch the children play. Our house is a single-family home with a separate apartment and its own entrance. The holiday apartment is located in the medieval town of Hachenburg in the Altstadt district, in a quiet location on the outskirts/edge of the forest.

Approximately 200m away, you have the opportunity to explore kilometers of hiking and cycling forest trails.

A grotto inviting you to linger is about 300m away.

Vast off-leash areas for dogs are available in the form of meadows approximately 150m away. The apartment has external roller shutters (partially electric), a small balcony of approx. 5 m², a terrace of approx. 10m², and a fully fenced property of approx. 35-40m². On the terrace, there is a grill and a complete seating set. On the property, there is a rock garden and a play area for children, which includes a sandbox, a slide, and a children's playhouse.

A cozy garden bench invites you to watch the children play. You can also reach the city center and the indoor/outdoor swimming pool relaxed on foot, as they are only about 1.5 km and 2.5 km away, respectively. Important information: Dogs of any size cost 7.50 Euros per night. Children up to 3 years old stay for free.

From 3 to 17 years old, the cost is 10 Euros per night. A deposit of €100 in cash will be collected by the landlord on-site.

You will receive the deposit back on the day of departure. As family and dog-friendliness are important to us, a private washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer are available to you.

For self-catering, a stove with an induction hob, a microwave, as well as a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine have been installed. For our little guests, various toys, board games, and art supplies are available indoors.

Furthermore, in the TV area, there is a media library via Sky with an extensive children's program which can be accessed free of charge. For the youngest guests, a playpen, a cot, a high chair, a changing table, a baby bath, an infant shower seat, and a bottle warmer are available.

Children's tableware for meals is also provided. In the outdoor area, a slide, a children's playhouse, a sandbox, and a Bobby car are available.

A garden bench for relaxing is located directly in the area where your child is playing. For our adult guests, we have a terrace/sunside with a table and seating, as well as the option of providing shade with a large cantilever umbrella. A barbecue facility is also available. Furthermore, it is possible to watch the current Bundesliga as well as various films, documentaries, etc. via Sky (a Blu-ray player is also available).

The property can be freely used.

There is a possibility to store your bicycles or strollers in a covered and lockable area. The price also includes: • free internet use (up to 100mb/sec) • free hand/shower towels • laundry detergent / fabric softener / dishwasher tabs / dish soap, as well as salt and pepper • bed linen • 2 dog bowls / 2 dog blankets The holiday apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people.

In the bedroom, there is a 180cmx200cm bed and a cot.
