The house with 140 qm, with a 180 degree view and a perfect starting point for your beautiful and varied holiday. The semi-detached house has three bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 double beds, the other two have one each. From the floor can be gone on the balcony. The living room with large dining table, Bentley couch invites you to common Denieren. Up to 8 people will find enough space. Facilities include a 55 "LED TV and a log fire in the Swedish stove. From here you can access the terrace with its rustic seating area.

Our Oberallgäu holiday house is located between Sonthofen and Immenstadt in an east / south / west location right in front of the mountains, in a quiet residential area with perfect views of the mountains.
The Läupe is virtually on the doorstep. In 5 min-10min. Several ski areas can be reached, as well as a gliding area, small zoo, water ski lift, several lakes, climbing, Europe's longest summer toboggan run, wellness in Bad Wonnemar and countless attractions.
For hiking, or climbing and many sporting activities are available here soon.
The nearby train station in Immenstadt / Blaichach / Sonthofen with connections to Oberstaufen / Lindau, Kempten / Ulm / Munich and Oberstdorf offers the possibility to arrive comfortably by train or by bus.
The Iller Uferweg invites to cycle tours on the clear water of the mountains. Just outside Immenstadt is the small Alpsee with attached outdoor pool, as well as the large Alpsee for swimming, rowboat rental and mini golf for a variety of recreational activities. And many more, exciting possibilities are waiting for you.

Cancellation fees:

From the moment of booking it is possible to cancel for free in the first 4 hours. From 4 hours a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount has to be paid. Cancellation 14 days before the start of the stay, a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount is payable. Within 14 days before the start of the stay, the full amount of the reservation must be paid.

At the beginning of the stay a deposit of 200.- Euro is required. At the end of the stay, the deposit will be returned. The visitor's tax of 0,43.-euro/person (Free for children till twelve years) will be charged extra. Bed linen can be brought even, then the fee of 6.- Euros per person and stay. A towel per person will be provided. As well as toilet paper and hand SOAP.

At the beginning of the booking, a deposit of 50% of the amount is to be paid. This should be received within 2 days after booking.

House Rules

- Careful treatment of the building and the facility

- Rest period from 22:00 to 8:00
- Use wood stove and pizza oven only after instruction
