The two-storey villa is located close to the water park "Aqualava" in Playa Blanca. Ideal for families and within a residential area. It has a total capacity for 8 people.



This property has about 95 m², distributed on 2 floors, which makes it very comfortable and spacious. It has mountain views and garden area where you can enjoy the mornings and afternoons on its large terrace with BBQ area and its private swimming pool in a fenced plot that guarantees your privacy.



It has 4 bedrooms which are distributed in: two bedrooms (one with balcony) with double beds on the first floor, one bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and another one with 1 single bed.



There are two bathrooms: one with bathtub on the first floor and one with shower on the ground floor.



The independent kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



This property also has three coin operated air conditioners. One in the living room, one in the master bedroom and the last one in the twin bedroom.



In the outdoor area you can enjoy the swimming pool and a pool table.

Playa Blanca is the southernmost town on the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist enclave on the island. It belongs to the municipality of Yaiza and in the last few decades has experienced a boom in the tourist sector that has made it an outstanding spot of great interest for those visiting the island.



A small sandy beach located in the centre of the village gives its name to the place. With a strong fishing tradition, the village of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only for tourism but also for culture, whose port allows maritime connection with the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura by ferry.



The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo (voted "Best Beach in Spain" by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler), where the first documented conquistadors entered, still maintain an aura of mystery as they are located within the Natural Monument of the Ajaches with its almost two kilometres where you will find several coves of golden sand and turquoise waters.




Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that runs along almost the entire coastline and allows you to enjoy walks that will take you from Las Coloradas to the Pechiguera lighthouse where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.



From Playa Blanca it is easy to get around to visit the island by car. The Timanfaya National Park is just 20 minutes away, where you will find Las Montañas del Fuego, one of the island's must-see spots, as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo.
