El Can Jaume, a 2-bedroom property, is set within well-kept gardens with a large swimming pool.

Open and covered terraces provide a great opportunity for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the surrounding mountain views.

Perfect location within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Pollensa Old Town. From the driveway, a path leads around the side of the house to the gardens and terrace.

A front door leads into the lounge with beamed ceilings and a door leading through to the fully equipped kitchen/dining room.

A door from this room leads out onto the terrace.

A hallway leading off the lounge leads to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.

The two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower. Outside, a covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen houses a brick BBQ and an outdoor dining area.

This is the ideal spot to enjoy excellent al fresco dining.

The large private swimming pool is surrounded by sun terraces and manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs and Mediterranean trees - a real treat for long, relaxing days in the sun! The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Information to note In case of lost keys, or keys being left inside the property, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property.

Guests must remove all waste, or a charge of €150 for waste disposal will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).
