Information about the host The guesthouse Wimmer is located in the climatic health resort Reit im Winkl in Chiemgau, more precisely in the district Blindau.
Four lovingly furnished vacation apartments await you, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
The apartments are furnished in a bright, Bavarian style and leave nothing to be desired.
Our closeness to nature and love for nature is reflected especially in the summer.
Thus, the house is transformed every year into a true paradise for flower lovers.

This gives you the opportunity to receive additional free services in addition to our own services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool, and the east shore and lake promenade at Walchsee.
We are also a partner rental company/operator of the Benzeck ski lifts.
This means that, in addition to our own services, you can enjoy other free services such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (EUR1.00 contribution towards costs).

Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts.
For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool.
The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district.

Alle freundlich, gutes Essen in den Gaststätten, zu noch humanen Preisen. Neues Tretbecken am Barfußpark.
Im Ort fehlen Müllkörbe,
Das Brötchen-Haus in Blindau ist geschlossen
Im Sommer gibt es keinen "kleinen" Busverkehr von Blindau nach Reit im Winkl, im Winter schon.
