Beautiful well-kept non-smoking apartment in a central, quiet location near the spa gardens. A separate bedroom with double bed and east balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet, towels and hairdryer are available, additional guest toilet. Separate kitchen with bay window and corner bench, equipped among other things with dishwasher and microwave. Living room with pull-out couch (suitable as sofa bed for third person). South-east-facing balcony with seating and unobstructed view of the Ruhpolding mountains. Underground parking space included, no pets allowed. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.
