Welcome to Haus Martin. In sunny, quiet location on the outskirts of the village we offer you comfortable apartments for 2 persons. The village center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Access to the cross-country ski trail directly at the house. Our two apartments on the second floor have a separate balcony, a living-dining area with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. WLAN is available in all apartments free of charge. Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the most beautiful days of the year in a dreamlike landscape with a view of the mountains. You have earned it! Prices plus spa tax per person/night:Adults EUR 2,10, children 6-15 years EUR 1,00, children up to 5 years free. In our house you get the free Chiemgau Card | Ruhpolding & Inzell! Use free of charge and carefree many leisure activities in Inzell and the Chiemgau. The services include, for example, mountain railroads, museum visits, bathing park with sauna, public buses in the region and much more. Valid for all services is always the current list of services.

Freeway Munich - Salzburg (A8) - Exit 112 Inzell at km 99 - B 306 11 km to Inzell - at the village entrance turn right towards the village center - in the village center turn right towards Schmelz into Schmelzer Straße - after approx. 500m turn left into Sulzbacherstraße - after approx. 300m turn right into Abt-Johannes-Höck-Straße - 2nd house on the left.
