Lovingly furnished vacation apartment with "cottage character" in a quiet, idyllic, preferred residential location at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains. Bicycle and walking trails as well as hiking and mountain tours can be started directly from the house, to the Chiemsee with steamer dock you have by ship connection to the Frauen- u. In summer you have a Nordic Walking route right outside the front door and you can easily hike from there into the mountains. Cross-country skiing trails are also available on site in winter. In the immediate vicinity of the house is the tennis hall, tennis courts, a climbing gym and the park with Kneipp facility and mini golf. Dogs welcome. House rules: Smoking only allowed outside, no parties or events. We ask for reasonable silence from 22:00, as there are other residents in the house. Wi-Fi available from 10am to 11pm. Please transfer 90% deposit directly after booking. The remaining payment is due on site in cash. When booking a vacation apartment, a deposit of EUR 100.00 is due on arrival. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after handover of the apartment. Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Description of the accommodation
The apartment offers space for 2 people with or without dog is located in the basement and is equipped with light shafts through which limited daylight can flow in. In summer pleasantly cooling and in winter pleasantly warming by the central heating. The kitchen-living room has a refrigerator with freezer unit, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a dining area and is furnished in country style. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bathtub and washing machine. The combined living room/bedroom has a closet, TV with digital satellite TV and DVD player and is also furnished in Bavarian country house style.
