Cosy holiday flats, ideal for families with small children. Our holiday apartment guests receive favourable special conditions on the entrance fee for the Marquartstein Fairytale Adventure Park. Beautiful starting point for various summer activities. Hiking trails to various alpine pastures, bike path and mountain bike tours in front of your doorstep, Hochplatte chairlift around the corner (0.5 km reachable on foot) bathing lake 2.5 km away (easily reachable by bike). In winter a nice starting point for various winter activities. Playground for building snowmen. Cross-country ski trail on your doorstep. Toboggan run on the Hochplatte within walking distance (toboggans can be rented at the chairlift) Alpine slopes 20 minutes away. Winter hiking. Flat 2 is also suitable for groups of up to 9 people.

terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of EUR 1.50 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1,00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge. For the final cleaning we charge a flat rate of EUR 30.00 for flats 1 and 3 and a flat rate of EUR 50.00 for flat 2, if the guest does not do the final cleaning himself. Holiday apartment guests receive favourable special conditions for the entrance fee to the Märchen-Erlebnispark Marquartstein. Large lawn for playing in front of the house.

Arrival Description
By car: Motorway Munich (A8), exit Bernau, from there on the B305 towards Marquartstein (Grassau, Reit im Winkl). In Marquartstein, please follow the signs for "Märchen-Erlebnispark" and "Sommerrodelbahn". Please park at the fairytale park and report to the ticket office between 9-18:00. Outside opening hours, please report to Jägerweg 14. - By car: Salzburg motorway (A8), exit Grabenstätt - Marquartstein, from there take the B305 towards Marquartstein (Grassau, Reit im Winkl). In Marquartstein, please follow the signs for "Märchen-Erlebnispark" and "Sommerrodelbahn". Please park at the fairytale park and report to the ticket office between 9-18:00. Outside opening hours, please report to Jägerweg 14. - With DB: Via Prien or Übersee railway station with RVO bus to Marquartstein/Rathaus stop. Then walk, cycle or take a taxi 2.5 km to Märchenpark Marquartstein.
