Our house is located in an absolutely quiet location at the foot of the Grünstein. A wonderful view of the mountain world from the Kehlstein to the Grünstein lets you enjoy the sunrise or the alpenglow in the evening on the balcony. The apartment 1 / DTV classification 4 stars, 78 sqm plus about 30 lfd/m balcony has a cozy farmhouse parlor, separate large kitchen, as well as 2 separate bedrooms, bath / shower, toilet. The apartment 2 DTV / classification 4 stars, 32 sqm plus about 8 lfd/m balcony has a large living / bedroom with double bed, separate small kitchen, as well as bath / shower / WC.You can reach on foot in about 5 minutes the bus stop, in 10 minutes the Schön Klinik BGL as well as a bakery / pastry store and in 15 minutes a small grocery store near bus stop Kramerlehen.

Arrival Description
You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden. You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the traffic circle from Silbergstraße. There you take the first exit in the direction of Schönau/Ramsau. After the first bus stop, turn left towards Schönau (at the Moderegger car dealership). At the next crossing keep left. After about 300 meters turn right. At the next big crossroads turn right again and immediately after about 100 meters turn into Vorbergstraße. Here you will find our house.

The separate 14sqm kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and small appliances. At the bistro table you can enjoy breakfast or snack in between. The apartment has two 16sqm bedrooms with double beds and small sitting area. Bathroom and toilet are separate, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer are available.When occupying the apartment with 2 people, and use of both bedrooms, there is an extra charge of 10.00 euros per night (109.00 EUR per night).
