We do not accept fitters! Our holiday homes of the Marx family are located in the most beautiful part of the approximately 30 km long Extertal in the Holiday Park Extertal. The Holiday Park Extertal is located between the Weserbergland Nature Park and the Teutoburg Forest Nature Park on the state border NRW to Lower Saxony, not far from the historic half-timbered towns of Rinteln, Hameln and Lemgo. This holiday area in scenic surroundings is far away from through traffic and yet easy to reach. Our holiday homes were built in 1994 in the Scandinavian style, and are very dear to us and our returning guests. Let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful landscape and stay during your holiday in a central location. Differing cancellation conditions

Important payment information and other conditions
Please note that the electricity will be charged on the spot according to consumption. In addition, a deposit of 150,00EUR is required upon arrival. 20% of the accommodation costs (total price + final cleaning + possible bed linen and towels + dog) on booking, as well as the remaining 80% of the accommodation costs 14 days before arrival. The deposit of 150,00 Euro brings the guest in cash, from this will be deducted on departure, the cost of electricity according to consumption. The balance is then paid out again. Description of the accommodation
The holiday home Sophie was built in 1995 in a Scandinavian style. It is absolutely quiet near the edge of the forest in the holiday park Extertal. Our holiday home offers you plenty of space for your vacation. The total size of the holiday home is approx. 70 m². More than enough living space for five people, who find accommodation in three bedrooms (1x double bed 2.00m x 1.80m, 1x double bed 2.0m x 1.60m, 1x single bed 2.0m x 0.90m). There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, 4-plate hob, microwave, kettle and lots of accessories. Next to the attractive bathroom is the highlight: the sauna, which invites you to relax. The holiday home has a cozy living room with a modern sofa bed and a fireplace, an inviting dining area and technical components such as: free internet access via WLAN, flat screen TV, DVD and stereo system. In addition to the fireplace, the holiday home also has electric radiators. Electric underfloor heating is installed in the living area and in the bathroom. In addition, we have installed infrared heating in the bathroom, which gives you the feeling of being in the sun. Our air conditioning split devices in the living/dining area are new, they offer pleasant coolness, and this device also enables the house to be heated cheaply. The stairs (no space-saving stairs) take you to the gallery on the upper floor. The holiday home has its own garden with a terrace and seating furniture. Here you can end the day or grill one or the other steak (barbecue available). You don't have to do without sufficient parking spaces directly at the house (incl. 230V socket for charging electric cars). House Sophie is allergy friendly Pets are not allowed. A security deposit of EUR 150.00 is required prior to arrival. The remaining deposit will be returned to you after deducting the additional costs (electricity consumption (0.45 euros per kWh) and the firewood (daily price). You are welcome to book towels (8 EUR/person) and bed linen (10 EUR/person) for an additional charge .
