Air conditioning is complimentary between the hours of 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM. The villa is situated in a peaceful and picturesque environment, ideal for those looking to disconnect and enjoy the natural beauty of Mallorca.
Furthermore, the tourist tax is already included in the price, with no additional charges. Important Information: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Wonderful single level property with beautiful pool (big and clean) very well equipped.Set off a main road but super peaceful. Did not notice road noise at all. This is our 5th villa rental in the same area and by far the best. Hidden gem! Only point to note there are no moveable parasols so either bring your ownprepare to roast! A minor niggle vs an amazing villa. Thanks.

le logement est agréable, confortable nous avons apprécié la piscine malgré l eau qui était fraîche par contre la voiture est obligatoire pour ce logement mais vous y passerez un séjour inoubliable
