The interior of this villa is elegant and spacious (measuring around 160 square metres) and has been beautifully finished making extensive use of local wood and stone, carefully blended with modern comforts and details.



The ground floor is spacious and open plan, kitchen/dining room, lounge/dining room.



The living room is full of natural light (large floor to ceiling windows) and is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (freeview channels only), WiFi internet, DVD player and dining area.



The large, modern kitchen (with dining table) is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Kitchen features include full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.



Also on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with shower (as well as an additional toilet available on the same floor).



Upstairs is the master bedroom (accessed via an imposing tiled staircase), and is a real delight. It has its own bathroom with bathtub and direct access to a private terrace with stunning countryside views over green forests. Maid service, bath towels and hand towels are included.



Outside the villa there are spacious terraces furnished with table, chairs and sofas for outdoor dining and barbecues. There is a generously sized private swimming pool with sun loungers, a true paradise for relaxing in the sun, enjoying the unique location and green surroundings.
