Villa La Rovina Tramuntana offers breathtaking views of the majestic Serra de Tramuntana mountains.
Situated in a quiet and secluded area, the villa enjoys a serene environment, yet is only 2 km from the old town of Pollensa, where you can find bars, restaurants, markets, and a wide variety of activities.
Furthermore, a 10-minute drive will take you to the beach and allow you to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Port de Pollensa. This beautiful 4-bedroom house features a large private pool, an authentic stone exterior, and an elegantly designed interior.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, available free of charge from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The villa also has a private parking area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your comfort, while the laundry room is located at the back of the villa. **Bedroom and Bathroom Layout** On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms that share a separate bathroom, conveniently located next to the living room.
On the upper floor, you will find the remaining double bedroom and the single bedroom, both offering impressive views of the Serra de Tramuntana.
Also on this floor, you will find 2 separate shower rooms located off the hallway. **Outdoor Spaces** The exterior of the villa is a true haven, with a spacious private pool, a large sun terrace, and lawned gardens surrounded by the Pollensa hills.
The views of the imposing Serra de Tramuntana are spectacular.
You will have all the necessary space for sunbathing or enjoying a delicious outdoor meal, cooked on your own brick barbecue.
Additionally, there is a pleasant covered seating area on the front terrace, ideal for relaxing while enjoying views of the pool and gardens. Villa La Rovina Tramuntana can accommodate up to 8 people.
Furthermore, upon request, a travel cot and highchair are provided free of charge, making it an ideal option for families. **Information to Note:** In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
Shortly before your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
