The 400 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with a single bed) as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, fans, a safe, satellite television, a gaming console, a baby cot and a highchair. The vast private outdoor area features everything you need for memorable holidays with your friends or family. It boasts open and covered terraces, including a wintergarden area with seating furniture, where you can enjoy the evenings with a glass of red wine and tasty barbecued meals, an extensive garden with deck chairs for you to relax and a swimming pool, all nestled in trees and greenery. In addition, there is also a jacuzzi area in the swimming pool, where you can unwind and cool off while enjoying the sunshine. From the property, it is only a 10-minute drive (5.3 km) to the nearest sandy beach in Punta Prima, a scenic little bay with glistening blue water. A supermarket, pharmacies, cafés and restaurants can all be found in Sant Lluís, a 7-minute drive or 2.2 km away from the property. The island’s lovely capital Máo is a 10-minute drive (5 km) away, and you will get to the airport of Menorca after a 17-minute drive (10 km).

Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets, parties and events, as well as smoking, are not allowed. There are beautiful horses living at the property next door.
