On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, all with garden access.
The first floor houses the fourth bedroom, featuring a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and mountain views. Outdoors, the villa offers a private pool, a covered dining area, a brick barbecue, and a poolside seating area.
The surrounding hedges and trees ensure privacy and tranquility. Important Information: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to your arrival date, we will send a link for online check-in to register all guests.

Jardín descuidado y atraían muchos insectos. Todos los de la familia con picaduras de..., no sabemos que pero nos levantábamos llenos de picaduras. Se les comunico al servicio de limpieza pero aún estoy esperando respuesta. También he de decir que pedí hacer el check out un poco más tarde de las 10h y me contestaron el día de salir a las 11:40h, me parecen muy poco formales.
Top Lage, allerdings sollte in die schöne Finca investiert werden.

Die Lage ist phänomenal. Kein großer Tourismus aber ausreichend tolle Restaurants am Strand. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in 8 Minuten erreichbar.
Leider keine perfekte Sauberkeit. Die Sanitäranlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Finca für 8 Personen sollte Töpfe und Pfannen in der Größe von 8 Personen zur Verfügung stellen. Wir haben dann aufs Grillen umgestellt.

Der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings führte der umliegende Strauch und Baumbestand dazu, dass sich ständig Blätter auf der Wasseroberfläche befanden, was den Pflegeaufwand erhöhte.
Die Lage des Hauses in der kleinen Ortschaft Cala Sant Vicenc war gut.

Bereits der etwas zugewachsene Eingangsbereich machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck und die zum Teil vertrockneten Blumen....
Auch im Innenbereich zeigte sich, dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist. Besonders die Bäder waren in einem Renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand.
