Our beautiful apartment is furnished by premium materials with a regional touch. This home is directly connected to the "Erlebnisberg Kappe", "Bikepark" and the "Skiliftkarussell" and suits with its phenomenal location those who are looking for outdoor adventures like skiing, hiking, biking as well as sightseeing in the Winterberg area. Ski lifts are in spitting distance and you can access the ski slopes without the need of using a car or ski bus shuttle. Lots of hiking tours start directly at the door steps. It does not matter if you are aiming for hiking, minigolfing, biking, sledging, skiing, cross country skiing. There is something in for everybody. The cosy 50 square meter apartment is containing a tasteful living room with a wooden lunch area and a big lounge sofa incl. LCD TV. This light and bright home has a balcony that can be entered by the living room and by the bedroom. Enjoy views of "Erlebnispark Kappe" and the "Bobbahn/Bobsled run". The balcony and garden in front is a peaceful and quite place to enjoy and relax in the middle of an touristic area. The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic glass cooktop, kitchen hood and a dishwasher. A designer set that includes Coffee machine, Tea kettle, Toaster and Water boiler is completing the amenities. The modern bathroom is completed with a walk-in shower and towel heater system. A free of charge and lockable parking garage is directly next to the house and keeps your car and sport equipment dry and save and you have no needs of searching for paid parking spots in the area. Our "FeWo Käppchen Winterberg" apartment is on the first level of the house and no usage of stairs or lift is needed. Everything is barrier free and regardless of age good to use and enjoy a beautiful vacation for everybody. 2 Mountain Bikes are up for rent for 10EUR/day or 35EUR/week

Sie erreichen unsere Ferienwohnung mit der Bahn aus Richtung Dortmund oder Kassel. Ab Bestwig fährt ein Zug nach Winterberg. Vom Winterberger Bahnhof aus erreichen Sie das Skiliftkarussell und uns in etwa 15 Minuten. Der kürzeste Weg ist in Richtung Stadtmitte, die Straße Am Waltenberg hinauf und dann links in den Weg Kapperundweg. Nach 240m links abbiegen auf Weltring-Park. Dort finden Sie im ersten Gebäude unsere Ferienwohnung. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie Winterberg über die B480. Biegen Sie links ab auf Kapperundweg und nochmal links auf Weltring-Park.

Das gemütliche 50qm-Appartement verfügt über einen geschmackvollen Wohnraum mit Echtholz-Sitzecke und großzügiger Sofalandschaft sowie großem Flachbild-Kabel-TV. Aus dem Wohn- und Schlafraum können Sie den großen und hellen Süd-Balkon mit Blick auf das Geschehen des Erlebnisbergs Kappe und der Bobbahn genießen. Dieser bietet Ihnen eine Oase der Ruhe mitten im touristischen Trubel. Die hochwertige Küchenzeile mit kleiner Anrichte ist komplett mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Backofen, Kochfeld mit Ceran, Dunstabzugshaube sowie mit einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Ein Design-Set aus Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster runden die Ausstattung ab. Im modernen Bad befindet sich eine große, begehbare Dusche. Die Handtücher können Sie auf dem Badheißkörper trocknen. Eine kostenlose, abschließbare Garage direkt vorm Haus hält Ihr Auto bei Wind und Wetter trocken – und die Parkplatzsuche entfällt. Auch Ihre Ski- und Sportgeräte können Sie gerne hier unterbringen. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ebenerdig und barrierefrei und bietet damit allen Altersgruppen einen erholsamen sowie beschwerdefreien Urlaub.

Conditions/extras
You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent it from us. The laundry package costs 15EUR/person. Duvets and pillows are always there. Please let us know in advance if you wish this. If so, please pay the fee in cash on site.
