Other services include Led TV, fireplace and outdoor showers. The strong point is the large garden with trees, garden furniture, several terraces, a porch and a barbecue, all surrounded by a fence to ensure guests' privacy. A second shower stall is located in the garden.
The local beaches, famous for their white sand and clear sea, are within walking distance: the Spiagge le Dune and Il Tabu ', for example, are just a 3-minute walk from the property.
Shops, restaurants and bars are just a few minutes walk away.
The house is panoramic, being in a position close to the beach and, on the side, the enchanting Colle Azzurro. Pets are allowed.
Free parking for cars and motorcycles is available on the property.
