Access to the living room is through two French doors which allow plenty of light to flow into the space under the exposed beams of the high ceiling. This room also houses an impressive fireplace and dining area. The beautiful rustic kitchen adjacent to the dining area is furnished with stone tiles and wooden surfaces, but contains all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher.
The property comprises 4 elegant bedrooms, each decorated in warm, bright tones and accompanied by a private bathroom.

Excursions
Late check in after 8pm to 11pm € 100,00 - Beyond 11:00 p.m., access to the villa will not be allowed, postponed to the following morning, with a surcharge of € 100,00.
Reimbursement for clogging of drains due to misuse (cooking oil must not be thrown into the sink; only toilet paper in moderate quantities may be thrown into the toilet.
Touristic tax

Safety Deposit € 1.000 - All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.

Point 1. Booking. The full amount for bookings made is due 40 days before the beginning of the lease
