Located in Playa Blanca, Villa Esmeralda is just a 5-minute walk from Papagayo beach, one of the best beaches in Lanzarote and Europe.
The 2-storey house with a view of the sea and the mountains boasts modern decor and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms.
The property can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and air conditioning.
The child-friendly house also offers children’s books and toys as well as a baby cot, a highchair and a children’s bed upon request.
In the house you will also find a gallery of paintings from a famous local artist that paints with local “tintes” and volcano stones.

Nice property in a quiet residential area, about 20 mins to walk into Marina Rubicon and 10 mins to the supermarket. The villa has private parking behind an electric gate and 3 good sized bedrooms. The outside space was excellent and had the sun all day. Check in and communication was very straight ...
