Location, Spartia

With nothing short of fabulous views across the sea towards Mount Aenos, the Villa sits at the entrance to a small and select group of Villas, a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5 min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.

Spartia's maze of narrow street all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas and for more choice, Argostoli is just a 20min drive away

Kitchen Area - Wooden fitted cupboards, double sink, electric oven with hobs, microwave, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Window above the sink to the garden.

Twin bedroom – Two single beds, French doors to sea view covered terrace. Air Con Unit

Shower room - Bath with air jets and separate walk in shower, washbasin and WC.



First Floor

Double bedroom en suite bath/shower room - Double bed. Windows with sea views. Tiled en suite bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower, wash basin, WC. Air con unit.

Twin bedroom en suite shower room - Two single beds, windows with sea view. Tiled en suite bathroom with bath with shower over, wash basin and WC. Air con unit.


Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.


Parking - There is covered parking at the entrance and then a set of stairs down to the property.
