The cosy and spacious holiday home 'Villa Mary 2' is located in Porto Tramatzu, a seaside resort in the south-east of Sardinia, a few steps from the beach. The 120 m² large property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 1 single bed, one with 2 single beds, 1 with a double bed) and 1 bathroom; it can therefore accommodate 5 persons.
The private outdoor consists of an open terrace and a garden, where you can relax and spend evenings with friends preparing delicious barbecue dinners and enjoying a glass of wine.
Within 5-7 minutes on foot (450-750 m) you will find a supermarket as well as cafés and restaurants. The resort’s sandy beach can be reached after a 10-minute walk (850 m). There you can bask in the sun and swim in the blue water of the little bay. Porto Corallo with its marina is a 3-minute drive (1.6 km) from the villa. The region’s hilly landscape is also ideal for hiking or cycling activities, while the scenic Villasimius peninsula with several wonderful beaches and charming seaside towns can be reached after a 50-minute drive (52 km). The bustling city of Cagliari lies an 80-minute drive (80 km) away, and the international airport is also an 80-minute drive (85 km) from the holiday home.
