Owing to its picturesque location in the Monti Lariani, this stylish holiday apartment boasts a unique view of Lake Como. The apartment, in a former farmhouse, benefits from a quiet and sunny location, surrounded by trees and nature.
Stairs with around 120 step, surrounded by a lush vegetation, lead first of all to the veranda, from which you access the first floor, with a small, fully-equipped kitchen corner with a dishwasher and oven. You can use the filter coffee machine or the Italian espresso maker. There are also a kettle, toaster and selection of wines. In the living room you will find a sofa and an armchair, a glass-fronted fireplace (wood is provided per box), satellite TV and free wireless Internet access. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a balcony, as well as a bathroom with a hairdryer. Further up there is a bedroom on the third floor, in a romantic style, with the exposed wooden beams exuding a cosy atmosphere. You can also step out onto a large balcony with a view of the lake.
The veranda on the first floor boasts an enchanting and unique panoramic view. The combination of exposed wooden beams and wrought-iron furniture creates an inviting ambience. A soapstone grill (exchangeable with a traditional grillage) is available for preparing delicious meals. There is also a sunbathing area with an outdoor shower, surrounded by jasmine. The pool is amidst the green garden of the house and is ideal for cooling off, swimming and enjoying the fabulous view of the lake. It is shared by guests at both apartments (see property 657143). It measures 8 x 3 m and is open from April to November.
On the ground floor there is also a storage room.
The whole apartment is designed so that each person can enjoy the company of other guests, but can also withdraw and relax in peace. A great deal of love and care was invested into the interior design, which features an impressive combination of antique charm and modern comfort. On site there are enough outdoor parking spaces, as well as a garage.
