This holiday flat, renovated in 2018, has 2 bedrooms, a large living/dining area with open-plan fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) and 1 bathroom. In front of the house there is a communal pool and a children's pool. This flat is ideal for families looking for relaxation. From the large balcony you can enjoy marvellous views over Calpe, the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. The clean sandy beach is only 200 metres away. The flat is located in the old town of Calpe. Restaurants and shops can be easily reached on foot.
The balcony is furnished with a table and four chairs and has an awning. The property is secured and therefore also ideal for children.
